Hello all,

I have a friend who has an IPK II System and needs help with small changes from time to time.
I am an IPK tech. and the IPK II is a different beast. I'm looking for remote help to make changes when needed.

Is it with INTERNAL calls, or just EXTERNAL? If you're calling the customers main telephone number, getting their auto attendant and dialing an extension and it is going to the wrong phone, have the user log into the mailbox, go to SETUP OPTIONS, TRANSFER OPTIONS, and make sure TRANSFER is set to YES, and that it is set to transfer to the right extension.

I had this exact same case today with an IPKII /w a VMS. Ext 104 had the TRANSFER OPTIONS set to 102, so calls were going to 102 when it hit the voicemail.

Please provide as much detail as possible and I'll do my best to get you squared away.
