I have inherited a Neaxmail AD 64 voicemail system. The old administrator, lets just say, is no longer available and won't be for sometime. I am trying to access the administrator console on this box but the Personal ID and Security code does not work. Is there a way to reset this info or someone to contact for support?

Any help provided is greatly appreciated!
The AD-64 product is no longer supported by NEC, so you won't get much help from them.

Do you know the VM login credentials of any administrator type mailbox?
