Hi,

I am using NEC Aspire M/L and Aspire Mail DMS system.
if the caller doesnot dial the extension number then the welcome message is repeating. i think i need to make the changes on Dial Action table on Aspire Mail DMS . can someone suggest me on this.

Look at the time out setting on the DAT, this tells where to go if no action taken.

Is operator ext designated? I like 1 repeat for those not paying attention. in that case T/O goto different routing box with same info as main grt, T/O to operator or other mailbox.
What is UTRL???
Seems it would be UTRF 0? is Operator FWD N/A to VM??
Not that well versed on aspire.
