I have a customer has pure IP SV8100 system , there is echo problem on the dial tone after the user dial 9 to take land line he is hear his voice and while call also

I have changed this values but the problem still appears

PRG 81-07 Try different filler
PRG 14-01-02 Try different gain
PRG 14-01-02 Try different gain
PRG 84-24 Try different value

The network has VLANS and the system on the different VLAN about data network

It may be normal for about 5 seconds of echo when calling from an IP phone on the system of an analog port. There is a knowledgbase article about it that you can get from NEC if you are a dealer

The sl1100 has aprogram to run on the analog trunks that eliminates echo and other things, does not the 8100??

It is available on SV8100 with version 7.0

Running the Analog trunk learning program helps with all calls overall, but on The SL you still get echo for 5 seconds with the IP phones on analog trunks. Their resolution is use IP trunking.

The program is not available on the SV8100
