HI everyone,

i have an old system 2000 IPS. My question: Is it possible to have a miss call notification / message waiting from external lines while the trunks are configured as Direct Trunk Appearance? I tried to follow the manuals, but when I tried to call to the trunk lines and left it unanswered, I dont have message waiting for the missed call?

any idea?

PS DIT records outside missed calls but not in Direct Trunk Appearance..

my client wants it to be Direct Trunk Appearance. They have 5 digital terminals and they want to see external miss calls on every terminal. is it possible?

try this:
while keeping the setting as it is for trunk line appearance, use cmd 3004 to set the incoming call to terminate to the prime line...and test
