Hello all,

I know next to nothing about this phone than what I gleaned from the user manual(s).

One of our phones cannot retrieve calls. When I press Feature + Retrieve it will say Log ON/OFF. I would like to enable it but I don't know how.

Also, I would like to change the voice message routing system for those calling from an external line. I need to change this and I would really like to be able to do this myself.
