I have a potential customer that is unhappy with their vender. they have a univerge sv8100. They want to add a paging horn and another phone. They also say they dont understand the V/M. I just wondered what yall thought of the system, is it any good? Do you like it? Is program friendly? I dont normally work on NEC. Thanks
Anybody have any thoughts on this? Im trying to decide if i want to take this on or not.
What voicemail are they using? If they are using an intramail/inmail and can't figure it out then they need more help than a phone guy can provide.
The system is top of the line, voice mail could be Inmail or the UM8000.
Like any brand if the end user doesn't get the proper training can make the system or the vendor look bad.
If you don't know the system how are you going to help?
Steep leaning curve on an SV8100. But once you get it, you can fly.
