At a property with a NEC 2000IPS, I have been asked if I can block an inbound number. At present, they have a post-it on the phone: "If 831-555-1234 calls, don't answer."

They would like for me to block the inbound caller. I don't believe that the 2000IPS will do that. I might be able to get the telco to do it

Telco is Telepacific (PRI).

I have done routing via caller ID, but not sure how many digits were used. I can do a little research.
