Dear all,
In SV8100 inmail is activated and it is working.All the incoming calls are routed through inmail. for departmant group
single digits are using. The inmail is still on playing while the caller disconnects the call from outside. After some time the call is recall to operator and howling noise will heard .I have already programed the co lines for busy disconnection in 14-02.
Pls help to do the program ,

You set on 14.02.09 and 14.02.18?? Assuming the busy / ROT cadence in 80.04 /02 Busy Tone for trunks is set correctly it should work fine..

Disconnect supervision not working properly. If you don;t have good loop-start disconnect supervision you need to be using ground start lines or digital service.
