Does anyone know how to turn off this "feature" of internal calls to an extension that automatically answers on speaker without ringing even once?

If this system is like the SV-8100, then look at MB 20-02-12, voice/tone ring in class of service.

It's either Call 1 823 or Call 1 821. One is signalling the other voice.

We removed the service code in PRG 11.11.15 to prevent this. It's a common problem.. PRG 11.11.16 is the code to set it back to ring mode..
