So how does one clear the alarm "SMDR 1 Full" message that is displaying on a set? The customer is licensed for SMDR but isn't using it. I think I've made the appropriate changes so it doesn't happen again but I can't clear the message.

PG 35-01 & 35-02. Basically removed any type of reference to reporting anything to anywhere.

You need to empty the SMDR buffer to clear the alarm.
Enable SMDR to LAN, connect a Terminal Emulator program to the relevant port and let it dump all the SMDR records, then turn off the SMDR feature.

90-12, I assume you want it on for other alarms as well....
