For some reason I can't get cf all to work on an sv8100 with 9.5 software. Works fine until I try to call forward it off site. If I call the ext directly, it works. Calling in to the dil number the light flashes on all the phones and never forwards. Yes I have off premise cf on. Thanks
I just uploaded the database on a 9.00 cpu and now it works.
I havent seen that yet on CO's on 9.5 however, in the old IPKII days, with this exact decription we would set a timer COS for that Virtual and set the No Answer Timer to 2 seconds and in 24-09 set it to CFNA to your number, giving time for the call to ring in and have a little time to process the whole deal, maybe something with CID, or Trk 2 Trk CID or something... but that was what we would do on those,
I assume this is how you have it set up since you said CFALL in your description, maybe for a Answering service or something..
