SV8100, DESI Less 8 Button NEC phone. Message light is constantly flashing and the incorrect name is displayed. Happens on all phones plugged in to the extension. All the settings seem to be correct in Webpro and in the UMV8000 system. Port is MLT.
Any ideas on how to clear it?

Ok. Figured it out. Managed to get it to clear all messages from the station menus.

try 620 common cancel code

Just happened on another extension. 620 worked. Thanks, crazyfrog.

Turning off message waiting in class of service will eliminate the light issues
