They have a voicemail group 701 that when dialed it rings 1 extension then after 3 rings it rings another then another and so on. How do I make changes to this? I have looked at the systems acd groups and did not see anything in there. Is there a UCD group in the mail?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can anyone assist with this?

so are you saying 701 is the pilot number of the Voicemail?
and when you dial 701 it is ringing extensions instead?

Sounds liek they are using Department groups. If done correctly, they will have virtual extensions in the department group rather than their phone extensions.

They have group 705 for the voicemail that goes to auto attendant which they use after hours during day mode it goes to 701 and rings the phones from there. I will check virtual extensions and department groups

Thank you for the help I will let you know what I find

I think you will find that 701 is a virtual extension - and that the extensions are programmed with keys to that virtual extension so they ring immediate, or delay ring on incoming calls. The virtual extension keys on the phone might not be physical buttons. There are 48 programmable function keys on the Aspire phones, most of the phones have either 12 or 24 physical keys. I often program the "hidden" keys for call coverage keys using virtual extension.

That helped a great deal, Thank you
But another stupid question how do I log in and out of the department if the don't have a physical key? Do I just log in and out through keypad?
As you can tell I do not do a lot of NEC's I am mainly Avaya and Nortel.
