I have a six site UX5000 system with sites connected via IP using AspireNet. One site complains of static on site-to-site calls - which makes no sense to me since they are VoIP.

I have never had a VoIP daughter board fail on a UX - wondering if anyone else has - or has perhaps experienced a similar issue?

This place is a long haul - so I am doing my legwork before any long drive to the site.

Have you checked the network?

Coral, I haven't checked the network - but I don't see how that could cause "static" and "noise" as the users describe. Could that be a possiblity?

I may be able to remote in to the system and run some diagnostics on the network links.......
