If somebody put a call on hold on a line key, how could a cordless phone pick it up?

we put 2 park keys on the phone to get around it, so cordless phone call dial *601/*602 to pick up the call.

Is there any other way to do it?
Depending on the service code it may be 672 then 3 digits for the trunk number.
I have a customer with a DSX 40. Their cordless phone is set for intercom dial tone when it goes off hook. They can pick up a held line by dialing *40x , where x is the line number.

So, intercom dial tone and *402 will access line 2 on hold.

672 is the "Specified Trunk Answer" in the phone system. I tried that, but got busy tone after dialled 672.

BTW, phone system is NEC SV8100.
Actually, it works on a SV9100. But when I tried it on the existing SV8100, it picks up an IP line in different trunk group directly, which is not existing. when I put all lines into trunk group 1, I got error tone again.
