I have a DSX40, sw v3.43 with SIP trunks from Time Warner just installed. Now, I'm not sure this problem existed before the SIP trunks since this is a new customer, but when a call comes in and overflows to voice mail, the caller gets the LOGON message "please enter your mailbox followed by the pound sign" instead of call routing 801 (day) or 802 (802). During the day, calls key ring then overflow to 801 and at night, they go direct to 802 as per program 3112. Both 801 and 802 have customer recorded greetings in them upon checking them in system admin.
Any ideas????

What is the time out set to do in the dial action table? And, what is the timer?

Time out is a utrf to x300. Time out for commands is default at 5 sec.

How is the call coming in? Have you checked your DID tables?

The DID table is set up to use the line programming. It is not targeting a group or extension

Got it. When the Sip trunks were added, they were not assigned extension numbers. All is good now.
