Customer had me recently change their option to press "1" to make an appointment so that option would ring a department group. Works fine. Now, they want the call to go to voicemail if not answered in the Dept. Group. I don't see a way to do that within department calling.

Just wondering if anyone had an easy way to do this before I go to the trouble of working out yet another solution.........my previous solution involved using a virtual extension - but they wanted to be able to handle more than two calls at a time......

Use supervised transfer from the auto attendant.
