Have an SV8100 Ver 9.5 with 16 port inmail. We replaced out a UM8000 for this same reason but we are getting complaints that messages are being left and the lamps do not come on for hours later.

Is this on some or all mailboxes?
When did the system start this issue?
Can it be traced back to some change made such as software upgrade?
