Got a client that says they have a phone that is flashing all the time. when they call it you get directed right to the voicemail Auto Attendant

We tried several different call forward cancellation codes

Any ideas?

Tried DND and that did not work unless they were doing it wrong.

Look under call forwarding first. Has to be something set on the phone.

Sounds like the VM ports are sending a message waiting. Is it disabled in the class of service for the ports?

24-06 i beleive, call forward all calls is most likely your issue. as stated above. If it is a key that's flashing press the key to turn the call forward off. If after that your phone can now receive calls and the message light is flashing then someone MSG the phone. Press Check key then the button under MW in the display and then the button under all in the display. This will resolve that.

This has been resolved. Thank you all for the replies.

I had the user plug a display phone in to the port to see if said anything on the display. They sent me an email stating that it said "Call Screening Forwarding" in the display and he navigated the menu to cancel it and all is ok now.

So I'm not sure what it really said or what was done to fix it!
