I have a customer that uses an after-hours auto attendant with some dial table options to route callers to different mailboxes. Recently found that callers using iPhones can't get the dialing options to work. I have found that there may be some issues common to iPhones and DTMF access. Wondering if anyone else is aware of this and if there is any possible fix on the PBX side. I seem to recall tweaking some settings on the Aspire for similar reasons a few years back............
If you do an internet search on iphone DTMF issue you will find a lot of posts. I listed one below that claims to have a fix. It has to be done on the iphone.

Thanks. I found a lot about iPhone issues as well. I was hoping there might be some way to increase the sensitivity in the PBX -
There are some DTMF settings buried in some routers. Only the top level techs seem to know. On Cisco it is called DTMF S.
Toolie,
I assume you have ran the side tone adjustment tests on each line individually on the sl1100?
Hey Oobie. I had completely forgotten about the side tone - my tech support from NEC suggested that too. Tried it yesterday - all fixed!
