Having an issue where after appox 10 min on a call the user loses audio. The caller still hears them but no receive audio. User cranks up the volume and gets bad echo but still no receive audio.
I tried jiggling the EHS cable at the base and was able to duplicate it right away. Any known issues with this plantronics series and NEC?

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. I have 3 other EHS's that don't have this issue.
