Hi

Installing a new Hotel with Choice Advantage PMS. System is a sv9100 v7.0 with a UM8000. Installed the application LUA PMS. PMS integration doesn't work at all mad. LUA PMS offers 2 options : KTS-i or KTS-i with ENQ. On their side they have NEC2000, NEC 240090, NEC240060 and NEC Aspire. We are currently using NEC2000 for them and KTS-i with ENQ on the LUA PMS side.

Any of you have already interface similar setup with Choice Advantage? What are your setup? What should I tell them to use?

I already have a few hotels with the same setup working fine but it's my first with Choice Advantage PMS

Best regards

First question is do they have all of the required licenses?
Required Licenses:
• SV9100 Hotel/Motel License: SV9100 HM-LIC (Feature Code 0007)
• SV9100 Version 5000 license (Feature Code 0415)
• SV9100 PMS License: Spare On/Off License (Feature Code 0046)
• SV9100 Lua PMS Application License: (Feature Code 3513)
• SV9100 Lua Manager 1.2.3.
Lua PMS application only supports IP integration, and the UM8000 v11.8.x.x or lower only supports a serial connection.
Web Pro TCP port must be the default 80 in order to connect to the Lua Manager.
Supported Protocols:
• NEAX 90-K
• NEAX 60
• KTSi
• KTSi with ENQ

Thanks for the reply. After a call to NEC NTAC they told me to use NEC Aspire with KTS-i PMS code 2000
