I have a customer looking for call logging solution just wasn’t sure which one I should present

Just looking for some input pros and cons

I don’t believe price is an issue I think it’s more of a user ease-of-use I guess you could say


Any input would be great

You can check with Hansen Software. It's a canadian company and we sell bunch of their software. Easy installation, easy to use and a great tech support direct from Hansen. They even do the installation and the training for you it's included in their price

Incontrol. It's as easy as it can possibly be AND can be completely automated. It actually walks you through every step as you generate a report.

I do like Hansen Software, but I agree with Coral Tech. InControl. It's cheap and can give cradle to grave reports.
