Could somebody tell me where the setting is so I can hard set the ringtone volume across all handsets, so that the user cannot change the setting?

Hi Dans,

Thanks, my option there is to revert to defualt, does that mean after a system reset?

Definition from the manual. This works on an individual extension level, not related to a system reset. Either it keeps the volume level set by the user, or it reverts back to a predefined level.
15-02-27 Handset Volume 0 = Back to Default (Back)
1 = Stay at previous level (Stay)
Determine how an extension handset volume is set after it is adjusted during a call.
When 1 is assigned in this program and a user sets the volume to maximum, the volume is reset to a level to meet FCC standards when the user hangs up.

Thanks, what I am trying to achieve is to stop the users from turning down their ringing volume for incoming calls, I want the system to control the volume and not the handset itself. Is this possible?
