Please Help me!

I have 2 Nec SV-9100(firmware V8) PBX system connect Netlink together. I'm having a problem when when the call from outside calls on a Extension number, the ringing call twice is do not ringing, I turned on the caller ID feature on PSTN Trunk . If I turned off the Caller ID feature on PSTN Trunk, this problem is not.

The NEC SV9100 in the USA has differences from the ones in your country.
