Is there a setting in the 2100 to show the CID NAME?

When viewing the number press the help key.

This is for Outbound calls

If you set it up as a speed dial and assign a name

But is there a setting in the system? Not the phone..

If the carrier sends the name, by default the phones that are assigned to ring on incoming calls will display the name and number - if a name is not sent by the carrier, the speed dial suggestion is correct.
