Howdy Folks,

We'd like to get reports of which options are being pressed for incoming calls. At the moment we have 3 queues to choose from and if none is chosen it defaults to the first queue. I have InReports enabled on the phone system but it doesn't really show which option is pressed. We can assume which one is pressed depending on where the incoming calls is routed to, but sometimes if one queue is busy or doesn't answer it will bounce to another extension. Can anybody recommend a solution ?

Are you using ACD? If so are you able to run ACD reports?
