Having an issue with IP EXTs connected via DHCP to an NEC9100.

These 6 ETXs are setup in a conference room in a "help desk" style area, all phones are connected to a CISCO POE switch.

After being online and processing a few calls, outbound audio drops.

We thought a reboot of the CISCO and register of the phones to the NEC took care of the problem but it has not.

Thoughts?
Need more information. Are these extension on the local network or remote? Trunking type? At first glance this looks to be a network issue of some flavor.
Hi Coral!

LAN connected, grouped together in the same VLAN, NEC is also in the same VLAN. Comcast PRI for inbound/outbound.
Take one phone, move it off that switch to another in facility and test. If the problem goes away you have your answer. I am assuming you are using a switch in that room for all those calls connected to another switch. Devil is in the details.
Have you ever seen an IP EXT constantly ring away? Same phone group as this thread, IP EXT constantly rings!!! Phone locks out meaning you cant hold, trnsfr, *, # into it. can access and break dialtone, when handset goes back on hook...constant ringing again
Nope. Never seen that.
