I have a customer saying sometime when they place a call to a client their number comes up as spam call. I'm using Intermedia Sip trunks. Who controls that display, the cell provider?

Verify that the SIP provider is sending the correct CNAM. After that it's on the hands of the provider. They could've mistakenly got flagged as a spam call by someone when rejected.
