Set up a Dial Action Table to ring a Virtual extension so I can ring a group of phones.

When the virtual extension isn't answered (RNA) I need to push it to a mailbox on a live extension.

24-09-01 Call forward no answer
24-09-02 & 24-09-03 destination is a live extension

The call will push to the live extension but then won't go to the mailbox of the live extension. Get recording from A.A. "your call cannot go thru"

Thanks in advance for helping an old phone guy. New to the NEC world. Did Panasonic for years & years, but that ship is sinking.

NEC voicemail always looks back to the original number that it's sent from. Best way to handle this is simply create a mailbox with that VE number and put a key on that persons extension with code 77 +number.
