There are a couple of one phone departments that occasionally need to forward their office phone to their cell phone. Otherwise, the office phone is just CFNA to the voice mailbox for that extension.

Here is what happens:
- CF Immediate key is off (not forwarding): Incoming call rings the phone, after the timer delay, voicemail answers, caller leaves a message. Everything is ok.
- CF Immediate key is on (forwards calls to cell): Incoming call goes directly to the cell phone. Good.
- When CF Immediate is turned off, this also turns off all the other call forwarding, including the CFNA to the extension's mailbox.

How can I have these two play nice together? Thank you.

When CF Immediate key is turned off, CF no answer has to be reset.
If you would go into Web Pro after the user makes the changes, some of the fields in 24-09-XX will be blank after call ford immediate had been turned off via the line key.
Program a 2nd line key for call forward no answer to VM pilot

You could also just use a DND key instead.

If CF Immediate is off, we want the call to ring the extension. After the delay timer, then it can go to vm.

Program in the system CFNA to VM pilot. Use a DND key for CF immediate. When DND off the CFNA will be active. Frankly I've never had an issue with losing settings the other way.

I believe if you set 24-09-01 to CF Busy/NA and in 24-09-02-05 to the voicemail pilot number when CF All Calls is canceled it will revert back to the original settings.
