I hope someone can give me a hint on this.

My organization want me to separate the department’s extension then add sub-extension on each department.
e.g. when customers call they hear press 1 for accounting when they select 1
then press 1 for account receivable press 2 for account payable.
I need to do it for all the departments.
We using UNIVERGE sv8100 for our phone system configuration

for out main number. we uploaded an WAV audio fill on InMail Audio Up/Down laad(Routing)

and then I applied all Virtual Extension on Program 74-13 InMail Dail Action Tables (Dail Action Table (1-16))

I believes our system use InMail voicemail system.

Well depending on how deep you want to go you might want to hire someone. When you start getting deep into AA trees there is a lot to go over. Depending on how many departments you could be looking at a LOT of recording and flowcharting. You also have to address night and holiday situations as well.
