Boca Research hosts it on their website. See "File Area 14" over here . Note that you must do a quick registration at the site before they will allow you to retrieve the drivers. Access to their ftp site requires a username/password. No biggie, though.

Just so you know, you really shouldn't need a driver for an external modem...only the appropriate AT commands.
