Why is it that we have to re-learn and/or use a different method every time the bootloader gets borked on a Linux system? AAARGH!

Here were the magic commands this time around:

yum reinstall grub2-efi shim
grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/EFI/centos/grub.cfg
touch /.autorelabel
