Can a mailbox be set up to be a information MB only and not take messages?

From a custom service menu you can have it go to another custom service menu that has no option for digits and then decide to drop them or send them back with the default action.

I would normally bypass the company greeting and record the whole greeting in the custom service and then you can set the repeat from the custom service menu.
