I'm new to this voicemail and do not have manual. How do you log into mbox 800 to change main greeting? Anyone know???

It has been awhile since I have done this, but as I recall you just dial into the system as if you were going to your own mailbox. When the system answer's log into the supervisors mailbox, and when you select change greeting, it will ask you which box. From there you type in 800.

I hope this helps.

Don't forget that you will need the Supervisor password. That should be something you have written down somewhere.

Please fill out you info completely.

Which version of the system do you have?

Is it dos or windows base?

This is important, log in depends on the system, if your looking to log in from the computer.

But if you just want to change the greeting in rb800 through the phone.

log into the supervisor mailbox hit option 6, and follow the prompts.

You have to have supervisor status for the mailbox that you are trying to change it from. Usually the manager/owner has it. If you do have supervisor status go to Routing Box options, then follow the prompts to modify box 800. It pretty much walks you through it.
