Is is possible to program single-digit department dialing without using a terminal on the VPS-100? I know I can record the menu prompts via a telephone, but my customer wants to change where calls are routed when a caller makes a singe-digit choice from the menu.

through the admin terminal.
A laptop with hyperterm will work just fine.
9600, 8, N and 1 with no flow control.
Must use a NULL modem cable or adapter.
