I cannot get the ports to pick up. I have an IST plugged into the card for test and answer. The rings are set to 1 in line information according to the tech docs.

Are you sure those aren't Rhetorex (Brooktrout) IVPC boards? If so, they will require digital ports.

I figured that out. Just bought a used Interchange(sold as new). Many clues that it was used a another site.
