I just pick-up a new client with a toshiba dk280 switch and a Lingo voice mail. The client had just put into the switch a PRI for all calls and faxes. The old vendor put the incomming lines under 2 pool groups and the client and was told that was the only way they could do it without buying more equipment. They didn't like that, I directed calls to a PhDn and had it hunt to 7 others thus giving the illussion of co lines. No more looking at the display to see what line or where to park a call ( 10 out of 25 are nondisplay ) That's the history now the problem after someone is transfer to a station and that station does not answers the call goes to voicemail and if the caller opts out to the operator to have the station owner paged it comes back to her Pdn. I would like to have it go 500 instead so the call will show on all phones again. Can I admin this from the phone or do I need a laptop and software.

In the Lingo you can define the operator's extension. Assign it to be 500. You can do this through the phone.
