Have a 'new' customer that moved into a site with a DK16 and PerfectVoice voicemail(2 port). I have no knowledge of the PerfectVoice. Would like to know how to access it (laptop or service mailbox) so I can set it up for this customer. Would assume it is DOS based as it is connected to a DK16. Any help is greatly appreciated!

dial the voicemail , at the main greeting press 999, does it take you to please enter mailbox number?

or dial voicemail, at main greeting press 7,does it take you to please enter mailbox number?

Pressing 7 gets me the 'Please enter your user id'. The PerfectVoice Answer units model number is MVP-X. I am only able to enter single digit #'s none of which are associated with existing extentions. I noticed a serial port, is this for maintenance? If so, is the admin program proprietary?
