Strange situation.Had a user change only the cell phone hardware that he was using not his number or anything. This caused his outdial notification to go haywire. The AV Repartee will only attempt to notify him if calls are transferred to extension and then follow forwarding programming. If another user leaves him a message from their mailbox the system will not even attempt to outdial. I watched the status monitor screen and it doesn't even try to outdial.I have looked everywhere in system programming and at a loss.No one else having issues with notification.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I've seen this in the CMC for Windows.

I had to delete the mailbox and recreate it and it worked fine. Go figure.

The CMC for windows is the same system as what you have.
Thank you Tadiran Tech. I used to work with the Tadiran and CMC so I am very familiar. Of course this particular user has 200+ saved messages so he is reluctant to have me just delete his mailbox. This was my first response solution but he resisted. I am just happy that someone had similar situation given how totally weird it was. Thank you so much for the response. Have a great day!
No Problem...
I'll bet the guy would be crying (as well as SOL) if the system took a dumpola.
I hate when people save all those messages in their voicemail box. He should use Unified messaging and save all the messages to his computer and then delete them off of the voicemail. Even if he called into the system and tried to find a message he would have a hard time going through all and then blame the system for being so hard to navigate.
make a new box for the user and tell them to move messages to there after they are done you can recreate the MB
I'm sure he'll be even more reluctant to move 200+ messages and then move it back. Some people you just can't please.
