I have PCS Mail Digital, with PCS Digital System 24. The VM system works to a T, however I am unable to connect via hyperterminal to admin screens.

I know I have all the COM port settings correct, and have reviewed them several times against the manual. Once I enter the settings, hyperterminal says "connected", however when I press <esc>, the screen remains white, and I never get prompted to enter a password.

This would be the first time I've tried to do this, as we were using the system as a very simple VM system.

Maybe I'm missing something, I hope someone else can catch it!

I meant to say "When I press ESC"

If anyone reads this, Im ready to do a full reset on this, but again, no idea how to go about it.

Just an FYI. I fixed my issue! I, of course didn't have the right cord!
