I have a TIS 16 voicemail which has been working fine for years. a week ago the message lights stopped working. any suggestions?
First thing to check is the integration , is it in a Toshiba system ?
I don't know if you got this fixed or not, but you need to make sure the "turn on for each new message" in all notify COS's is set to "N". If this is set to "Y", the MWI will activate "once and only once". If someone went into the settings and changed this, you will get the action you are getting. This is, of course, (to cover my old co-worker's concerns), not all that can cause the MWIs to fail.
