I have a mailbox that is saying I'm unable to get messages due to multiple log in's. I've reset the password but nothing changed. He has 3 unplayed messages so I don't want to initialize, any suggestions, and what caused the problem? Thanks

Usually a simple power cycle will clear the multiple login problem.
