i have a small wireless computer network in my home. i don't want to run cat5 in my house, so I planned on buying an access point that will talk to my wireless router and then the cable connection on my access point will go into a hub so i connect a several wired computers into the hub.

running a cat5 is not really an option, my house is old. usually you use an access point in the opposite direction (make a wired network...wireless) but i am doing the opposite. so i am hoping i can add wired computers via this access point.

does this sound feasible?

you should be able to buy a second wireless router and configure it for bridged mode. Meaning it will by looking for the single of the first wireless router. Not all wireless routers have this feature, so you will have to check. You can also install a wireless card in a desktop PC, and bridge to a second NIC card and achieve the same affect.
