I have also inherited a 1024 Comdial Key system and would like to get information on programming and wiring the system. I'd be willing to pay a decent price for the manuals. Thanks for any help you can give.

It doesn't get any more decent than that. I actually was on that page and didn't realize that what I needed was the N1024. I was looking at the programming for the 824 until you guys enlightened me that the programming was different. Your helping me out more than you'll know.
