I know this is probably a simple answer I just don't have time to sit and think about it. Is there a way to set up a forward on a phone like on the DX-80 so that if a line rings the phone so many times it goes directly into their voicemail box, instead of the main greeting voicemail. If so let me know. Thanks

yes there is,

Forward their phone to vmail set to all calls in station programming.

I set the phone to forward RNA calls to the first voicemail port. I went into station programming through VMMI and set foward type to all calls. It feels like I am missing something.

That should do it for you, the phone system should send the translations down to the vmail.

The voicemail will check it againt the trans.txt table and route it that way.

You have to also add a voice mail line id to whatever line your programming it on. In line programming just put in the extension number followed by a "2".

If it is a FXII with an Interchange the "2" is no longer needed after the ext number.
