Is it possible to foward to an outside line rather than an extension with RNA?

I am in the brain storming phase of integrating asterisk with my dxp. My software is 9c. I picked up this unit and 68 handsets for $150.00. It is a project that I have been wanting to tinker with for a while. Here are my thoughts.

I have a sipura spa2000 which has 2 fxs ports. I don't have the means to connect the asterisk box to the dxp on the station side of the dxp yet, but I was wondering if I could get away with connecting it on the line side. I have 2 dxpco-lp4 installed in the system. I would have to be able to transfer an unanswered call to line that the asterisk box is connected to. One problem I see is a lack of voice mail integration digits to tell the asterisk box how to process the call.

Just in case you are wondering. Yes, I do have too much time on my hands.

Browsing through the docs...Looks like this feature isn't available until 10a. Back to the drawing board. I am going to have to break down and buy an ATI-D-1pt
