Have an interesting problem with CFOS to an external number - looking into VMMI all seems okay, Line Transfer, Call FWD Out etc. When we activate CFOS the light is solid red but on an incoming call CFOS will not forward.

Any suggestions? Could it be a timing issue? This was a working application that decided to stop working. Any suggestions would be appreciatted.

Did you double check the end user settings under button mapping?

Didn't this same topic just come up recently? I think aweaver's suggestion is the same that was suggested on the other one too.
